After refilling into the cartridge my printer shows error.also I am unable to connect with customer care service through live chat to get help.very bad service by Amazon which has no live chat icon.

All inks are fine except the black one which has destroyed two of my cartridges. I would buy it again if the black ink issue is fixed else will look for some other seller.
