I purchased these to make pouches of emergency water for our winter car kit. We needed something that would allow us to freeze smaller quantities of water that would not explode or leak. I filled them only about 3/4 of the way to give room for expansion. They have held up well in the trunk (we have had freezing weather) and have not leaked or punctured.

Good size, about 24 oz at least. They do stand once something has been put inside them. But they also leak a little if there is liquid, even if it isn't filled up to the top. But they did what I wanted them for.

While these are marketed for food storage I would not recommend it as the food takes on a strong plastic taste. I've tried to wash the bags first but that didn't really help. I'm afraid to put food in them for fear of toxicity.

Excellent container for bath salts. Holds about 3 cups of bath salt mixture, which for my recipe is about 24 oz. Very durable as well! Might use for mini bath bombs

can hold well over 16 oz of liquid. perfect low cost way to serve our pre-made drinks at events. great for our customers to recycle, too!

Used as doing pouch for party. Would be great if had spot for straw. Also, let guess decorate each bag foe personalization.
