Pantum M6552NW All in One Laser Printer Scanner Copier with Auto Document Feeder, Wireless Multifunction Black and White Laser Printer, White

This printer was working great, printed real clear. After 5 months there was an issue with getting it out of sleep mode. And now it won’t make copies. I only got it march 2022 so nine months ago. Stick with a brand you know and trust. I’m so upset about this and it’s too late for any tech support. 😡

If hours of your time is worth less then spending just a little bit more to get a HP, Brother, Cannon or other reputable brand. Then Sure this might be a decent printer for you.Otherwise stay away from this brand. This is a brand that I believe amazon should discontinue selling.Pros:-It prints okay when wired.Cons:-Software full of bugs which stop you from configuring the wifi via any method I have found.-Software full of badly translated menus and buttons which make it hard to operate.-Obnoxious Blue lights on the front do not have an off feature while the printer is on.-The Pantum support line lets you hold for exactly two minutes before sending you to a voicemail without an option to continue holding.-The Pantum chat support requires a phone number yet does not provide a phone number input area so you can't chat.-They don't list their support email in their documentation or website, you have to hunt for it.

I bought one of these for my office and tested for a couple of months.This is a great printer. Comparable printers (Samsung all-in-one) for 3 -4x the amount, which I had for years and loved.It rarely ever (if any) has a jam. The print quality is perfect for business applications. The sheet-fed scanner works great. I also use a $600 Epson scanner and this is only a backup. I did test/try the scanner and it's marginally faster than I thought it would be. The replacement toner is cheap.The setup was easy. ONE FILE to setup the printer and scanner drivers.Buy it! Don't think about it. You can't go wrong.

Works great a little difficult to program I am not computer savey

I read a lot of reviews before I bought this unit. I think it’s a real value for the money. It’s a workhorse, quiet, and all around, a decent piece of equipment. My wife is in finance for the state’s largest employer, and she runs a “boatload “ of reports through this. I went for it because of the scanning ability, and the footprint, but never really expected this. So, always remember, not everyone who buys tech knows how to set it up, so get help if you need it, but it’s pretty easy. You can take the negative reviews for what they’re worth. Not much. This is a good buy.

I'm not one to write negative review, but I'm trying to save you your hard earn money. If you are not technical round person DO NOT purchase this printer. To start the printer is no longer on PANTUM website for support or driver updates. The instruction to set-up or to install the drivers are wrong (and poorly written). The quality of the printer is not the best and un unnecessary loud. The board control make no sense. The mobile application was probably create and coded by a high school kid. The desktop application doesn't allowed you to have full control of the printer. It's best that you set-up the printer using the IPv4 address everything else will not allowed you to share your printer with your network.Pantum really need to invest in the mobile and desktop software. You cannot scan document to a pdf format but only a jpg format. I don't expect an HP application options. However this need a lot of work.All together, I wouldn't recommend this printer to anyone looking for a ready to go printer.

The instructions that come with this printer are really bad, and in fact some are just not translated into my language(English). The setup can definitely be confusing as the way to connect this printer to wifi is confusing at best. Once connected to wifi, and the proper driver is installed(note the default driver that windows finds is *bad* use the one from Pantum online), the print quality is excellent and its quite speedy.

This is a great copier for home or a small business. It's easy to use and it makes great copies. It works wireless with your source. For the money it's a deal. You can save on a reconditioned model if they have them. That's what I bought.
