in alldata it says theres no adjustment but every tome i look at it with a scan tool its about .65 v and up cant seem to every get it down to .50 v ?

does the seal comes with this part?

You cant buy the seals by them selves, you have to buy a tbi throttle body rebuild kit, it's the foam piece. there is two of them, a skinny 1 & a thicker 1
