Yes it will fit the Predator 6.5 HP 212cc engine. You will have to get set screws though the clutch doesn't come with them.

Is there any bi directional clutches that mount with the sprocket on the motor side?

I bought this and I was able to mount it backwards with the sprocket on the motor side. Works fine.

Will it fit a 420cc engine?

No. I believe those have 1 inch shafts

does the clutch have set screws as well as bolt in end of shaft?

Mine came with set screws but I had to purchase a bolt and washer kit.
