I bought two of these for use post surgery for impacted wisdom tooth extraction. After placing in the freezer the fabric on one gave way and the silicone beads came spilling out. I tried using the other one post surgery and found it was too hard and rigid and didn't have enough flexibility to be worn comfortably against swollen painful cheeks. Thankfully I had a different silicone pouch (much more squishy) which was fit for purpose, so these two bands ended up going in the bin.

Recently had my 4 wisdom teeth removed and this was a better cool pack than many others that I tried. Now the swelling has gone down I'm using it warm to relax muscles around my jaw. I love that this product can do both, and that its comfy to wear!

This item was really good for easing my post-op pain. The only thing is that it doesn’t stay cold for very long. Maybe at most 45 minutes, so I had to buy more ice packs because I constantly had to keep re-freezing it.

I bought this to deal with the pain of constantly clenching my jaw in my sleep. I found it worked really well after a night of clenching and actually when I use it before sleep it relaxes my jaw muscles so I'm less likely to clench all night long. It looks ridiculously stupid and sometimes I have to just hold it where I need it, cause it a bit awkward, depending on where the pain is. But it works well and helped significantly!

I suffer from daily headaches, sometimes they're on one side of my head, other times they seem to be on both. This ice pack covers very well and the velcro is nice and wide for good support.
