Wellness in a Box is full of calming, positive quotes with space for journaling and reflection. Excellent quality, sturdy box with heavy duty cards that will stand up to daily use. There are tabbed dividers to separate the categories, like self-care, mindfulness and meditation. The backs of each card have a little reminder and suggest a daily focus. All of the tasks are simple and easy to do. Not gimmicky or corny, the set would make a lovely gift, especially in these stressful times. Keep it on your desk or nightstand, hang one of the cards on your bulletin board, or even frame one. Super nice.

Not what I had in mind
I was really disappointed with this because the cards for each category are all the same, same questions, even the same quote. I thought there would be 60 cards with 60 different ideas and questions, it is not. Personally don't think this is worth what I paid for it.
