To no fault of the seller my order was delivered to someone else by UPS. Thankfully the stranger it was delivered to drove my package to me the next day. Once I opened it I loved the work. Beautifully done. This will be the perfect gift for my boyfriends belated Christmas gift.

I thought I was buying one page with both the Coat of Arms & History. What I received was one page with only the Coat of Arms, but no History. It's disappointing as I was intending to use for a Christmas gift.

This company has made it so simple to find out your family's coat of arms. I learned so much from this service. Mine is proudly hung in my living room. It's very professional looking and accents my medieval weapons that are also displayed.

I had hoped for a breakdown of the surname origin. What I got was beautifully done and still very meaningful. It was completely unique to the family name and is going to look lovely framed on the wall.

While overall appearance in nicely done, the content/research was greatly lacking... Seems like +50% of the content was standard boilerplate information they would put on everyone, with minor changes for country of origin. For mine they used a country, other than the one i provided based on my research. While my research did include the one they used, it was hundreds of years later. A simple Google search and 2 minutes, have me much more meaningful information, than what they provided. But I guess you get what you pay for...
