Lenovo ThinkPad P51
Plug and play. Simply installed according to Lenovo's directions for replacing memory, and it worked perfectly. No BIOS or software action necessary—stick it in, turn it on. Went from 16 GB (2x8) to 64 GB (2x32) in my Lenovo ThinkPad P51, Intel Xeon CPU E3-1505M v6. Took about a minute longer to boot the system after replacing the memory, but then it was smooth sailing. Been running it for a couple of weeks now with zero issues. Night and day difference in speed and stability.
