Why did you pick this product vs others?: Sunflower oil when a soap recipe call for it I know I can order from Amazon works great with the recioe! thanks Amazon for always having my back in a pinch!

organic cold-pressed sunflower oil
This is the best oil for salad dressing and cooking. It contains so much nutrients and flavor that is allowed during the Great Lent in Orthodox Christianity and is called "lent oil" in monasteries. Best with homemade sour-craft and onions.
