Lovely for beginners of embroidery.

As a Christmas present the cross stitch beginner’s is a little disappointing. Every thing is provided but as loose pieces. I was expecting to receive the gift in a case of some sort. The embroidery rings are perhaps a little small and fairly cheap looking. I think perhaps as a very basic starter kit to see if the child would enjoy embroidery it is OK but for any child who has a little prior experience they may be disappointed. Age range is about right and having the 2 embroidery rings Mum could teach the child easily. Instruction leaflet was a little sparse as well.

These patterns are easy to work with as they are printed, so no counting involved. Took a bit of time to get used to the 3 thread count as most other kits use 2 but Great kit to get you started and build you confidence. Hoops are a nice addition but not necessary in my opinion as the print runs close to the edge which sometimes makes it tricky

This is great to use to introduce children to cross stitching. The pattern in clearly printed on the aida for the child to stitch over. There is also the pattern for them follow separately, so they can recreate again on a non printed aida. My 8 year old has found this easy to use and is enjoying doing some cross stitching whilst I do mine. Great quality and value for money,

Bought as a gift for granddaughter to learn cross stitch . Unfortunately the fabric has very tiny holes which is far too difficult for beginners, even though the patterns are simple. Had to put aside until she has developed sewing skills more .

Granddaughter loved this set. She made some lovely things.

Bit disappointed by size, as hoops mush smaller then picture but good selection of wools and cross stitching.

Brought to entertain kids, my 6 year old loved it. The needles too small to tread without a needle thread which broke because thickness of thread too thick for eye of needle. Lovely templates and colours

Carino, forse un po' troppo piccolo ma almeno risulta maneggevole per le bambine. Solo un po' costoso, però mia figlia lo usa con piacere!
