Just given these fun cars to grandsons and they are great. When moved from iced water to bath temperature the change is instant. Boys enjoyed dipping just part of the car in the water to get special colour effects.

These cars are brilliant & my little boy loves them! Ignore some of the negative reviews, these people clearly haven't read the instructions or even looked at the packaging?! They come with a rough coat of paint which you rinse off to see the actual car. Then after that paint coat has been washed off, the colours keep changing when you dunk them in cold or warm water. Complaints of sharp edges or the wheels not spinning are from people who haven't washed off the top coat! They will give hours of fun for any kid who loves Hot wheels and make a fantastic gift.

These were tiny. Possibly my fault for not realising. Looked the size of 3 tins of tuna!

One of the reviews implies that these are purely paint covered. Whilst it is true that they are covered in paint initially so the design is a surprise they are not ordinary hot wheels cars. They remain colour change vehicles ( you need a warm water tub and a very cold water tub iced is best- and they change colour rapidly). The coating paint washed off completely, leaving a detailed, quality cars. My grandson loves them! I am reluctant to buy more in case of duplication , however.

Kids loved these, an extra 2 cars each to go with the hot wheels shark wash as it only came with one. They’re well built and usually size for the brand. Colour changing is good and fun for the kids to watch. Excellent gifts for my grandsons and I’ll be buying more for birthdays etc.

Great for the tub or shower. The cars reveal as they are wet and then change colors back and forth when hot and cold.

Very fun for baths. You'll understand the price point when it arrives. Packaging took 70% of the budget, but they basically assured that you get everything mint. BEWARE: the blue paint on a car (that goes away after the first rinse before use) should be handled carefully. It stains everything.
