Packing from company needs improvement
I use Phillips stellar bright 20w bulb in most of my rooms and wanted to upgrade. Now comes Philips advance led batton 30w. Firstly Philips needs to really up its packaging by providing a polythene packing around the baton as I received both of the pieces which were scratched. Looks like i got a returned piece.. Comming to the item itself. Not bad, very bright but somewhat I felt this is not a cool white but a warm white which is somewhat less bright to my existing bulb. No installation guide either.

Got the damage product
Got damage product, light is on but the tube is not straight, it’s bend a bit. So technician face difficulty while set it. I didn’t return it as it’s sets in the wall at last but not looking good as it’s bend.

A value product as expected by philips
One of the best led battons I purchased, not only they are easy to install, but also they are heavy duty. They are bright as expected and also consumes fraction of electricity compared to traditional tubelight overall a value product.

Misleading nomenclature
This is a LED batten not a fluorescent tube as mentioned in the specification. Nowhere they have mentioned 'LED'.
