Great baseboard cleaning tool, it helps avoid bending and stooping. Works great and came with extra cleaning pads. Beats crawling around on hands and knees to get the baseboards squeaky clean :)

This Baseboard buddy makes cleaning your baseboards easy without breaking your back! Works as intended and seems to be sturdy. Assembly is super easy anf very light weight! The size is compact anf can fit in any small area or closet. Highly recommend if you like keeping clean baseboards, and cleaning them quick!

The baseboard buddy is a very useful cleaning tool and works as described. It does take a little practice getting used to the different angles required to reach your baseboards and door trims though. The long handle can be awkward at times. I actually took one section of the handle off for more efficient maneuverability. Overall though, I think its a useful tool.

Could this tool possibly be more cheaply made? I don't think so. I put it together and used it just now to clean some baseboards and door moldings that my little dogs rub against as they go outside. These areas get filthy. I noticed right off the bat that the extendable handle is actually 4 sections of tubing that you put together with click fittings. If you are using it with 2 sections and you want to make it longer, you have to remove one section, fit on another section, then put back the section you removed. A telescoping handle would be so much easier to use, and couldn't add that much to the cost. Another area that could be better is where the handle screws onto the head. It's a soft plastic and it's not going to hold up. The handle itself is lightweight aluminum tubing - fine for a tool like this. It wouldn't be expensive to make the screw fitting out of aluminum too, and would increase the durability of the tool greatly. And lastly, the little screw fitting that loosens to allow adjusting the angle of the head and tightens to lock it in place . . . well, that's soft plastic too. Actually, I'm surprised it held up thru an entire 10-minute use of the tool. OK, enough trash talk. Once assembled, I hit it with some spray cleaner and cleaned my filthy baseboards and door moldings, and I was very happy with how easy it was and how clean my moldings were. So much dirt came off I had to rinse the pad halfway thru, and plain hot water rinsed it clean. I like how soft and absorbent the pads are. They hold a lot of dirt and don't scratch the paintwork. Make this tool with all aluminum, and give it a telescoping handle, and you could DOUBLE the price! People would love it. I sure would. Overall, I like this tool but I doubt if it will hold up very long.

Had trouble getting it to stay connected correctly at first but finally got it. Works good.

I purchased this item to make cleaning baseboards and crown molding easier to clean and this helped but needs improvements. The “360 degree swivel head” constantly gets stuck and requires me to unscrew the connector several times while using in order for it to work. The major issue that I see is that these pads do not work long and will require you to purchase additional ones. After using this only once on a 1900 sq feet home the pad was shredded and unusable . There are two pads included but if you use these every time you clean than you will definitely need to purchase replacement ones unfortunately

Love this mop. No more bending over to clean the baseboards or drag a chair around to clean the top of the doors.Comes with 2 removable cloths which are easy to clean, really good velour stick on, can use the pads either dry or wet. Wipes all the dust off what more could u have on your baseboards! Some of the reviews say won’t scrub clean, it’s a mop of course it won’t, if u have scuff marks or stains then of course it won’t come off with a mop, u need to scrub with a magic eraser and some elbow grease.

This gizmo does save one from bending to clean the baseboards. I do have a complaint though. The cleaning pad is really difficult to remove from the unit as the Velcro is incredibly strong which makes it difficult for arthritic hands. Secondly, even though I squeezed the water out of the pad before attaching it to the pole, I found that, when applying pressure to the baseboards to clean them, water dripped out of the pad necessitating having to get down to wipe up the wet. The cleaning pad is made out of some unusual fabric and it does not want to hold the water you put on it.

This was perfect for all baseboards in my home, but what I love most is that it makes it so easy to clean behind tv stands, heavy furniture and headboards of beds without having to struggle to move furniture! Also makes the job a lot quicker
