Does this 50' hose with couplers have all the parts i need to convert my pw to quick disconnect?

No. As the description says this is a hose that has 3/8" quick-connect couplings, period.

I have a troy built 2800 psi from lowes, will this hose work with tb connectors?

these connections are universal as long as the TB connections are 3/8 you should be fine. If they end up being different replace the troy built ones and go to a local hardware store/ hydraulic shop and get the correct ones. I swear by these hoses and their connections.
