The item is defective
I want different colors of the wool and the item is defective also I want to replace the item. I want to get the refund of the replacement product as soon as possible. But no courier person came to my house from Amazon to pick up the product. Please send any courier person to my house to pick up the product.

Worst quality
Worst yarn.tThere is no return policy. After knitting I got lints all over..and the yarn thickness is way too much and not the actual size that is described in the description box.

Colour is very different from the photo
Turned out to be bright teal. The colour looked more muted in the photograph. I'm making a multi-coloured blanket, so it doesn't matter that much. Quality of the wool is great though: soft, warm and tough.
