Works Like It Is Supposed To
A perfect TSA lock that is easy to set up and use. It works extremely well. It will also let you know if TSA opened the piece of luggage. (You can usually tell anyway as they make a real mess of your clothes when they do and do not even try to make it neat!)

Too difficult to set the numbers and open the lock. It’s way more work for the product to be usable
Directions failed us, ended up with locks we can’t use because of the confusion in setting them.

Poor quality
Horrible. Does not work. Was not able to set my own combo. Very cheap and quality is subpar. It feels like plastic. I missed the return window so now I’m left with a lock that doesn’t work.

Work as good or better than our original (2005) locks.
Our original TSA compliant locks from 2005 are starting to degrade. Decided to replace them. These are as nice to use our originals, if not nicer. Very satisfied.
