Update...After over a month of everyday use, using silicone utensils and a gentle sponge there has been no scratches, damage or flaking with my cookwear. I'm very happy with my purchase.I am so happy with my purchase! There is a little scratch under one of the handles but it really doesn't bother me a lot of other people have said that it happened to them. It's probably just how they packaged it. Which they should fix.Also from working in a high end department store these are definitely not expensive. They are a lot of money but not something that you can't save up for in a few weeks. They have a great weight to them and feel very sturdy.Also the complaints about the steam notch is silly. They give you a book telling you about the cookware. Read it. Not their fault that you don't.My favorite thing about this cookware that I don't think anyone else has mentioned is that it's covered in holographic glitter! More like a sprinkle but still so pretty! Like come on my Holo heart is obsessed!Will update in the future about any damage or weird things that might happen.

The cookware set is what I expected. Had a minor scratch at the bottom of the handle, which I don’t mind. So far the quality is good.

To be honest, I bought this set because of its appearance. The product itself is cute, the color is just like picture and very adorable. After tried for several days, overall experience is pleasen.Pros:1. Cute and pretty vintage style that I have dreamed of.2. Very easy to clean up. Wash pot no longer be a exercise.3. Non-stick surface. Help me to make nicely pancakes.4. Quickly heat up. Use it to boiled water in a short time.Cons:1.Got scratch beneath the handle part when I received the item (Sad). Fortunately, it's not very obvious.2. When I boil water and put the lid on, it keeps making crack sounds that I originally thought it is going to exploded or something. But nothing really happened and I didn't see any thing fall apart or broken. Still no idea what's the sound come from3. Can't say it's light weight, but it's not very heavy either. For the size and material, I found the weight is fair, but just for myself sometime I hope it can be lighter.

Color and description sounds very good ! Cute set but pan was not non stick after few weeks! It kept Burning the food, and it’s very difficult to clean ! Waste of money ! Thought was nice made in Korea set , however it’s safe to get any pan in Macy’s or target than these foreign made stuff . I wish i could read the one star comments before the purchase !

Hello guys:Thanks God nothing happened to me, but yesterday this glass lid exploded while being boiling, and when I tried to removed it because the same reason.The glass lid, NEED to be thick guys!They are my favorite pans but NOT those glass lid :-(

I love it very much, it is easy to clean, the cast iron pot is very thick, slightly heavy, the pink bottom of the pot has been burned by the fire without any trace, this is a very lovely and practical pot, recommended to buy!

I bought the 5 piece set and a separate 5qt stockpot of the same line in Feb, 2019. I really want to love these pans but I've already had to replace the saucepan and the 2.5 qt stockpot in the past 3 months because of issues with scratches and pinholes in the ceramic cooking surface. I also have a scratch in the ceramic surface on the stockpot of my 5qt stockpot but it's along the edge where the lid goes so I still use it. I followed all the instructions for cleaning, I use silicone and wood utensils, hand wash and dry immediately and store the pots stacked with soft things in between each of them so they don't scratch each other.I have to mention that Neoflam's customer service is wonderful and very responsive with warranty claims. Just an email and a few pictures and they sent me replacements right away. Even though the pots have a lifetime warranty, I just can't reason with having to go through the hassle of having to replace my pots every year or so, so I will probably be looking for a new set.

Perfect size, easy to clean, non-stick with proper care and utensils. Highly recommended!
