Good for the body
Been taking these for about a year and a half now. I felt less tired after about a month of taking them. I use to get sick a lot more often. Now I am trying to get the rest of the family to take multivitamins since I’m usually the one not getting sick when they do.

Honest review
I bought them for my partner and he says they work. The only thing is you need to take them after eating something, if you take them on an empty stomach it can cause nausea and dizziness. It might just be him but I wanted to mention it just in case.

Expiration Date
Purchased Centrum Men 200 caps, received on the 4th April 2025, it expires on 07/2025. Luckily I checked the expiration date before opening.
