Very watery smalls like pure bananas will never buy again. The brand is very good just not this conditioner.

I LOVE this product...when it's not bad. Ordering from whatever third-party sold this, my product was super watery and discolored yellow/brown, rather than a rich, thick conditioning cream with a slightly off-white color. It's very obvious this has been opened before and resold, and that it wasn't even sealed properly after being returned. Since this is going in my hair and on my scalp, I'm going to be requesting a refund since the color alone looks like pus, and it's just really disgusting.This product is really worth it if you can find one that's been factory sealed, but mine is completely ruined. See attached pictures for how mine came out of the box and what it looks like in the hand.
