This phone holder is awesome. I paid about $35 for it and gave it to my kid for Christmas. He loved it as he uses it for social media, FaceTime chats and work. He loved it so I bought myself one too. If you want a simple device to track your movements while either recording yourself or chatting on the phone this is a good idea. It's very simple to use, versus some of the more difficult ones to use that require Bluetooth and an app. There is no set up to this. It came fully charged and once I clipped the phone in and turned the power on it started tracking motion. It can get confused if there are multiple people around and will track whoever is closest or whomever is moving. I like the fact that you can easily switch it from the base if you wanted to connect it to a tripod type of camera mount. My only complaint is that I wish the grips were just slightly wider as it doesn't grip the phone great if it has a phone case on it. Other than that, this thing is great for $35.

I love how practical and sturdy it is. I barely ever use the motion sensor but it does work.

The media could not be loaded. It's decent. For the price, however, you can hear the mechanism on the video, Recommended to use an external mic and not the mic that is on your phone. But otherwise it's still a good product.

When I initially got it I was trying to use it in different rooms and it would not follow me. Then I placed it in a central location and it does great. It’s missing the remote to zoom in and out. Other than that it’s excellent.

The functionality of it was easy to figure out. It holds my phone and follows me while I move around. The battery doesn’t die quickly! I’m fine with my purchase

I was excited to use this device to make videos for my business. I love that it is battery operated and rechargeable. It’s very easy to use and, when testing its performance, I noticed that it tracked pretty well but did seem to lose me often, even when not moving fast. It seems that you can’t stand too close to it or it loses sight of your face that it tracks. I tested it with my phone positioned vertically and horizontally. It works better when the phone is horizontal and was very stable. Although the rotation of the device seemed silent, upon playback of the videos, there’s a clicking sound as the device rotates. For this, it’s being returned as the clicking interferes with production quality.

More than perfect

I got a new phone Samsung S23 Ultra - same size practically same case as the S20 Note Ultra. It holds the phone for a bit but if I am trying to record or on a zoom call the phone will randomly pop out of the holder. It's so strange. I originally loved it, but it seems like the grips aren't holding the phone which defeats the purpose of the device :(
