This product was very easy to set up because it is basically plug & play. Just make sure that once recognized that you verify that your operating system is now using the Nuroum Conferencing System for your video, speakers, & microphone.Also, the ranges they state in their specs are very conservative and I was able to see twice them with high quality sound & video. Therefore, this product far exceeded my expectations. I've already gotten several comments from online attendees on the perfect sound & video quality.Lastly their customer service is outstanding! I did not really need their assistance, because as stated above it is an easy set up. But I appreciate that they took the initiative to reach out to me via email just to check if I needed any assistance or had any questions.Great product & a great company, with great service!

I'm not satisfied because I feel, based on how the Nuroum interacts with Zoom that calling the lens "wide" is somewhat exaggerated.I have provided 4 photos of me sitting at a 10 foot table: Photo 1 is from 3ft away. Photo 2 is from 4ft away and photo 3 is from 5 ft away. So really, in order to get everyone in the picture, you have to sit your people almost 5 ft away. That's hardly a wide angle lens. You can place the Nuroum farther away and get everyone in, but then the cable provided is not long enough.On the plus side, the sound is pretty good from the speaker. On a test with Zoom participants, everyone heard me clearly from various spots in the room, so the mics did their job picking up voices.I don't know, I guess I'm bummed I spent a total of $189 (after taxes) and feel that this should have been more of a $60 product.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought it for the price but fell in love with its overall excellent performance. pros:The wide-angle cam is a game-changer. I didn't realize it is a 100-degree camera, as I satisfy my Logitech 60-buck over-monitor webcam, which only provides a 72-degree view-angle. The Speaker is fantastic. Not only because of the clarity with human voices but also perfection for music. Now I can even enjoy rock music with this little gadget.The noise-cancel is very impressive which just like other reviewers mentioned. My colleague thought I was in a well-equipped home office while sitting in my living room sofa, Lol.Cons:It would be better if the USB cord could hide underneath its bottom; then it might be easier to organize it, Lol.

The camera and speaker are fine but the mic system yields unintelligible "swirly" speech like one of those 1960s psychedelic "flange" (variable delay) effects. I'm not sure if it is the mic itself or the "AI noise reduction" signal processing. I tested it by connecting two computers in different, quiet rooms via Zoom. Near the computer with the Nuroum I played an audio book using a good quality speaker (Klipsch). On the other computer, I listened using good quality headphones (Bose). The speech was unintelligible. Then I swapped out the Nuroum for a Logitech webcam with mic using Zoom->Settings->Audio and Zoom->Settings->Video. The speech was great! I tried different Zoom audio settings (echo cancel on/off, hifi music mode, mic level). Same thing. Returned.

One of our employee is highly recommended, so we bought one for our conference meeting, at the beginning, it was fine to use. Everything was good. But after about 3 months, it dropped the line by randomly and the camera wasn't able to cover our whole office. And it useless for a long term. So, not recommended for this product for a long term use.
