Bonine has not only been my "go to" when we cruise or are on bus trips, but I use it when I have periodic nausea. I just put a card of them in my handbag. They do not make me drowsy and are my #1 choice for motion sickness.

This works well for motion sickness on cruises. I don't take medications ever... So this may not work for you if you do take a lot of meds (mentioned by a family member who does take meclazine all the time) it's like she became immune to it. Anyhow, this was a lifesaver for me on both cruises I took the last two years. It lasted 24 hours for me and my kiddo, so we only took one pill to take the edge off. The taste is a chewable berry flavor, not great, but not terrible. It was a great value for the money. Less side effects than the franken-zombie-scopalamine patches that my hubby used to use.
