I haven't had a chance to fully load it up. Upon opening the package I did fill it with warm water as suggested, then filled it with ice packs and ice. I let it sit all evening and night until the next morning. BOOM! Ice was still there and ice packs were still frozen. I took it to the beach with just a few beers, sandwiches and snaks with temps in mid 80's They all lasted all day long and still with the ice that I packed the day before. The true test will come soon I have a Maimi, Florida Keys and Bimini Bahamas trip. Lets see how it survives in 90 degree heat. One thing I could see being a problem is the depth of a fully packed cooler. Trying to reach a specific drink since its so deep, but not a deal killer. My review of the back pack is its nice and sturdy. Feels good on my pack. Stands up on its own. Lots of lil pockets to keep all my lil gadgets, bottle opener, phones, charges, Burts Bees wax, etc. Here's to a long relationship with my new Polar Bear Cooler. May my drinks stay cold and my adventures continue.

Had this bag for over 3 years now, and always leave it in the car. Never know what I'm going to buy when I go grocery shopping. The bag get used a lot, and I still have no issues with it. Built to last and keep everything inside COLD. Expensive, but worth every penny.

Love it! It keeps food cold for hours even in scorching heat. Very comfortable design. I love the fact that it's a backpack and I can have both of my hands free. Very satisfied with this product.

I have used the backpack cooler on several campouts. I bought the cooler to keep my beer cold for a 24-48 hour window. It has not disappointed. Properly packed it can hold a case of beer with ice. You have to take your time loading it. I lay my beer cans horizontally 3-4 per row. Adding ice is a bit tricky. You have to open the mouth and work it down. The quality of the cooler is fantastic. The material is durable and well insulated. Kept upright it will not leak. The straps are comfortable and easy to sling on. In full disclosure a case of beer with ice is a bit heavy on the shoulders. Very easy to move from one place to another.

If you want to keep something cold this is your go to, if you want maximum room, better try a cheaper cooler that wont keep your stuff cold
