What time of day is recommended?

2x day with or without food. I take it with my morning meds so I don’t forget. Label does not say a certain time of day.

Why servings per container = 40? 375 caplets / 2 per serving = 187.5 servings per container

On the label, second picture it show "40 servings" - that a wrong calculation! 375 pills that is 187.5 to 62.5 servings if you take 6 pills a day.

Why have my last 2 orders not been safety sealed with plastic ? Anyone else have this issue?

Not this, but I got a bottle shipped by Amazon of something else where the plastic safety seal was just sitting around the top, but cut/split so it wasn't sealed. And, there was no inner seal except the remnants stuck on the top edge of the bottle, and there was just cotton inside.
