Super sticky & worked
I was very surprised that these took the contant ache away from my elbow. I swam, stayed in sauna for 20 minutes & still stayed on! i will buy again. Not sure how they work but they do! 😁

The plasters don't stay on!
When I first used these I had my first pain free nights sleep for a long time and thought they were wonderful. Second packet and the plasters do not stay on making them a waste of money. I have tried putting other plasters on top of them but they still will not stay on the skin.
