What is the perfect temperature for this tea?

As a n ethnic Indian who grew up drinking black tea (plus worked for tea company Lipton in their blending division for some time): black tea has to be brewed using 212F or boiling water. Steep for four to five mins minimum, preferably in a vacuum sealed tea pot or press to preserve the heat. Add boiling hot milk to it and enjoy.

How long can you store this tea? 96 servings will last me about 2 months i'm afraid it would loose some gusto.

Well I do not know for sure as I have not had the tea that long. But I cannot imagine it will not last two months without losing gusto. It is a very robust tea and even if it lost some, the gusto would still be there.

What are the nutrition facts? Are there any carbs or sugars due to the citrus?

the only nutrition on the package is caffeine 59mg. I don't think there are any carbs in this tea. I would not eat the tea leaves or bergamot peels only steeping, it does not taste sweet. This is the best tasting earl grey tea ever. There are real organic bergamot peels and oils in this tea.

You are correct that the USDA Seal does not mean the product is from the USA. It does mean that it is regulated and inspected in the USA. Also our teas come from all over the world. The origin depends on the type of tea. Some teas can only be grown in certain types of climates so we have to buy them from those countries.
