I’ve used it on everything from grass-stained clothes to old, set-in coffee spills on white towels, and it consistently delivers. For everyday loads, I add a scoop directly into the drum with my regular detergent, and it makes my whites noticeably brighter, colours pop without the harshness of chlorine bleach. However, the real 'magic' happens when you use it as a pre-soak. I had a tablecloth with a 6-hour-old tea stain that I thought was ruined; after soaking it in a warm OxiClean solution for a few hours, the stain was completely gone. I am an advocate of OxiClean for oh so many uses. As a laundry booster, its amazing...as a clothing rejuvenator (whites) yes its awesome without deteriorating the fabric. I use it for cleaning tile grout, outdoor awnings (mildew), even on wood to brighten decks/steps (does amazing). I do find that the prescribed mixture amounts may need to be modified/heightened for severe cases. This is a repeat purchase; I usually buy larger quantities but this size was for my seasonal home.
