Most comfortable office desk chair I've ever used
I have been teleworking from my home for the past 10 years. I have purchased my fair share of desk chairs, and this chair is by far the best I've had. It fits my body perfectly and is the absolute most comfortable chair I have ever had. I recommend it for any body type, but it has that extra room that will accommodates most preferences. The comfort, build quality, and size of the chair are above average compared to other chairs in this price range. The chair as a whole provides excellent overall and lumbar support, in addition to reclining. I did have to reach out to the seller with a slight concern and am happy to say that they addressed and quickly took care of my concern above and beyond what anticipated. It has been a pleasure doing business with them and look forward to future purchases from them.

Better than I could have hoped
Well, I've been on a long long search for a good office chair. I went the cheap routes, nope, that was a mistake.I went the gaming chair route via ak racing (max chair) and pl6000 from vertigear. The ak max with a 400lb load rating is bent at the backrest and is unusable. The vertigear didn't get much use it was too small for me.Then I said ok, let's go the expensive route and I dropped 2k on a "bodybuilt" big and tall chair. It's fine. It's like your typical office chair, nothing special. It still leaves me with a sore butt and back. That 2,000$ chair also came assembled with broken lumbar support that I had to replace after they sent a new back piece. Then I set up a second WFH office at another location and needed a chair ... that was much cheaper than bodybuilt. That's when I found this chair, expecting the same cheap crap we're used to. But that wasn't the case. I'm several weeks of use in, and this chair is still feeling very solid; it's roomier than my other chairs. has a good recline and lumbar support, and is padded well.

This chair is MASSIVE!
Pictures don’t show just how BIG this chair really is. It’s almost recliner size! Assembly was easy, I did it alone but it would be a lot faster with two people. Chair is very comfortable, lots of padding and huge wide seat. It would be a 5 star but I gave it a 4 because it does push you forward a bit. Not sure why that happens when the seat has so much depth. But I’m only 5’7 and my legs fit all the way back into the chair, yet it will lean forward. Besides that, AMAZING chair! Definitely perfect for us bigger forks!

Chair is comfortable but sinks despite the fact that I'm under its 400 lbs weight limit.
Edit: they actually sent me a replacement part for the hydraulic pump. It works perfectly now. The only advice I offer for further improvement would be to make sure the customer still has access to the teaching materials on how to disassemble the product, but that wasn’t a major problem as I was able to Google it and figure out how to remove the hydraulic pump. The good: This chair is very comfortable with a decently tall back with decent lumbar support. The bad: As soon as I put this chair together and sat down in it, it has been sinking as if I somehow broke the weight limit on it, but I haven't. The limit is supposed to be 400lbs, but I weigh 325, so that's 75lbs disparity, and even if a lighter family member (250lbs) sits on it, it still sinks. If the chair didn't sink then it would be damn near perfect for this price point. I can't send it back now because I've waited too long to return, though I've only had it for a couple of months at this point, but it's still too late. I wish the manufacturer would contact me and help me replace it and then maybe I can give it a better rating if the replacement chair didn't sink, but I doubt they'd do that. That just seem unlikely, which is really just poor to average customer service. If they have great customer service then I think you'll see this comment addressed and a new chair shipped out to me, so we will wait and see.

NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE
See how THICK the padding is? The Real Deal is NOT even 1/2 that thick NOT even 1/3rd That Thick. See that FIST sinking DEEP into the CUSION LOL this might as well be a Big Mac Add Picture. Dishonest depiction of a CHINA made product. You might push the Foam Down 1" with Great Force. PARTS: you Get them all No problem there. BUILD: My Chair had 2 of the Female Screw Pockets with Burs and the Screws on the Armrest Left Bottom Front and Left Back Top would Not Let the Screws to Screw into them. I Had to Use The Provided Tool and my Palm Beating down on it to Force it into the Female Pocket to get it to Finale Start to Tighten. I would of used a HAMMER BUT I was Afraid of it Providing To Much Force. The GOOD NEWS is the Base For the Wheels is made like a Sherman Tank. The Material is Nice and the Look is Pleasant Like the Picture (Design Wise) NOT Thickness of Foam Padding. Shipping Weight was like 54 LBS.My Thoughts are that I wanted this Because of the EXTRA front LEG padding thinking it would Help with my Poor Leg circulation and Pain I get. I Now Feel like I went to the Carnival and was Talked into this by a Fast Talking Carney Salesman. This Chair is a You Get What you Need Not what You Want. It is Comfortable. It is Good Material It can Be Built if you have Knowledge of How to Fix stuff if yours comes like mine with Problems OR maybe Yours will be Perfect and was made on a good slave labor day in CHINA. My Attitude: YES I feel bad and think it should LOOK LIKE ITS PICTURE and IT DOES NOT. I'm Buying a $360.00 CHAIR NOT A Fake Picture of a BIG MAC for my Big Butt.
