I have this tea on auto ship. I have found bottled unsweetened green tea difficult to find in local stores. The flavor of this tea is consistently refreshing.

The hint of jasmine adds just the right amount of taste to make me really enjoy this tea. I tried Pure Leaf Green Tea and they were completely tasteless - not delicate but no discernible flavor. I don't add sugar or anything to my Iced Tea and so I appreciated the subtle flavor of the Ito

I was so happy when I discovered this tea. The Jasmine green tea. It went out of stock so I tried a few of the others. I fell in love with the dark green one. Then I noticed Jasmine was back. So I excitedly anticipated its arrival. Only to be greatly disappointed. I couldn’t quite place the taste I was tasting but nothing about it tasted like it was tea. Maybe a hint of tea but the terrible taste, what could it be?? Then I tried the third bottle hoping it was a fluke but knowing it was going to be the same and it was. So what was that disturbing taste? Then it dawned on me. It was nasty dish water!! I kid you not. I don’t drink dish water but I definitely am a full time dish washer because I’m a single mom. So I know what I tasted! I tried a few more sips to be certain and I couldn’t take it anymore. I also remember a documentary I watched once about how In Vietnam and China they use dirty dish water in their street food cooking. To save money and time and their very limited resources. I don’t know how this happened but maybe it was just really dirty water. I can’t trust them after this. I just can’t. Even though I will miss the dark green. I’m gonna find a new brand. Or better yet, just make my own.

I’ve been buying this tea for a while now and it’s excellent tea. The bottle used to be nice and solid, but they have recently decided to change the bottle to where it’s so thinly made that no matter how lightly you touch it, it caves in. Every time you put it down and pick it up or move your hand around it caves in all around the entire bottle. The bottle has been always difficult to open at first because has a very solid seal and still does, which is great in my opinion. That would be fine if it still had the same sturdy bottle it used to be. Try opening it now when the bottle caves in on you. I complained to customer service and they basically told me I could take my business elsewhere because they weren’t changing the bottle back so that’s what I did. They have been very rude and I was extremely disappointed in their responses. My first email I sent they responded with an answer to something I didn’t even have in my email which is about the cap. I didn’t mention the cap in my email so I had to send another one and they still didn’t act like they understood the problem so I asked them why this wasn’t a problem for them why they don’t mind the fact that how severely it caves in every time you hold the bottle? The bottle could very well break when held by someone with stronger hands than mine.

When chilled this tea is amazing! Im definatly going to be buying another box as it is great for the price and it is the only place i have been able to find that ships to england
