Looks great and functions well
First off, it was over $100 cheaper than Home Depot. It looks awesome in our kitchen.Quite high, so need lots of space. We have very high ceilings so not a problem.Hired a plumber to install, since I have zero plumbing accumen, and did not wantthe grief from my wife if I screwed up the install!

Best Reasonably Prices Pull Down Faucet
Looks great. Easy installation. Good flow. Spray and flow modes work well. Easy swing side-to-side. Lifetime warranty from a great manufacturer.Note - Hot - Cold control directions were backwards when the control is in front. Hot is to the right and cold is to the left. Just reverse the water supply connections if desired.

Don't cheap out or you'll regret
When renovating my kitchen I decided it was worth saving a few bucks on each expense. Believe me, this will cost you more down the road. That's exactly what happened to me... 2 years ago I decided to buy a beautiful faucet for a low price: modern, sleek, commercial look, for less than a $100? I'm in! You don't need to look carefully to realize that the same faucet is sold all over the plave under different brands/models. After installing one of these, I was fairly satisfied: it looked good but it didn't perform that well over time. Water pressure started to fade, minor leaks would appear, and it was not easy to get the handle in and out. In less than 2 years, the water pressure became so low that it was taking a minute to fill a 10-cup carafe with water. I thought the problem was the plumbing! Called the plumber and he gave me that look when he saw the un-branded beatiful commercial-style faucet. He replaced the cartridge but nothing changed. I decided to buy a quality product and the 3 most famous brands came to mind... this Moen faucet has been the best addition to mu kitchen. It looks good, there's a lot of pressure, even a turbo feature! I can totally recommend this Moen to anyone.

Quality material
This tap is heavy duty, no plastic parts. I avoided getting the coil kind of tap as I thought it would be a hassle to clean but, the coil is so thick and solid, its not finicky to clean at all. Its really tall and everything swings out of the way if necessary. My handy man was very impressed with it and said he would buy this tap because of the quality. No regrets buying it even tho its more expensive (although it was cheaper than having to replace 2 cheaper ones). You get what you pay for.
