An excellent book

I no longer purchase cookbooks offline in book format, as I find and source all of my recipes online. But I had occasion to flip through this book and knew that I needed to own my very own copy! Each and every recipe has a photo. All of the ingredients are simple ones likely already found in your kitchen. And nothing is overly complicated. This book is a real treasure, and one of my best buys in a long time - hands-down!

Recipes are easy clear and appetizing. The introductions to each recipe are inviting Ingredients are listed in a clear and concise fashion. The illustrations are perfect. The extra notes on the bottom of each recipe are very helpful. Index and nutrition guide are great. What more could I ask? I have ordered three books already-One for me and 2 for gifts.

The Silver Platter is a beautiful cookbook filled with wonderful recipes. Each recipe, by Daniella Silver and Norene Gilletz, is so perfectly presented, with photos on each page, and special notes added to each recipe. It is a gorgeous book to add to any cook's collection and makes a great gift also!
