one of the best purchases i've ever made, yes, really.
i dont usually leave reviews, this product deserves one.i'm traveling to the UK soon for my honeymoon so i wanted something that would give me a good scrub, while not taking up much space. i can fold this item, you cant fold a loofah. here's a bunch of reasons why this item rules:* it exfoliates so good (i'm a dude, i never gave a crap about exfoliating before, until i used it. after the first time, your skin will feel so smooth you wont even realize what you've *apparently* been missing all these years, your wife will love it (mine does)* allows you to clean your back very easily. you no longer have to dislocate your arm to reach the middle of your back* holy cow this thing is sooooo soap-efficient. i always shower with yardley's bar soap, i'll usually piss through a bar a week, im going on 2/3 weeks/bar now. you really only need a very small amount of soap to lather this thing up. and it STAYS lathered!* you wont drop it in the shower like a bar of soap (helpful if you're in federal pound-me prison)* the portability is great.just fold it a bunch of times, wring it out, let it air dry, then fold it back up again and pack it away for travel.i cannot recommend this product enough. if you are on the fence about buying it, just DO IT ALREADY, PUT IT IN YOUR CART! NOW!i was not paid/discounted/compensated in anyway for this review. I just really liked the product so much that i felt i should review it so that other people can make good buying decisions.

I actually feel clean!!!
I'm disabled & chronically ill, so taking a full shower is really difficult & exhausting for me (I usually have to break it up into pieces: shave legs one day, shampoo hair another day, etc.) especially since it felt like I would scrub & scrub and still get those bits of dead skin coming off on my towel afterward, so believe me when I say this thing is a lifesaver! It's like every loofa I've ever used was a bad imitation of this. Worth every penny, never going back ❤️

If you get bumps on your arms or legs, buy this! (& coconut oil)
These clothes - along with coconut oil as lotion - have gotten rid of the little bumps I used to get on my thighs and the backs of my arms (keratosis pilaris). These caused a lot of embarrassment my whole life. These are great for exfoliation too. Buy this item!

You need this in your life. You're welcome.
This is one of those products you didn't know you need in your life until you have it. I'll tell you why:--Normally I just use a poof, or a wash cloth- but there is only so far one can comfortably reach. . While I CAN contort my elbow joints to reach the middle of my back, I prefer not to, especially when soap and slick shower floors are involved. I kinda hate the scrubbies with a handle, they really don't reach better than a twisted elbow. I'll take my chances on the latter. And wash cloths are one time uses for me. The thought of their wet bodies dangling from a shower knob, barely drying in time for my next shower grossed me out. So I go through a lot of wash cloths. Loofah/poofs are better, but they are sometimes still damp. Yuck. Which brings me to this glorious piece of material that I recommend to everyone..--This bath cloth is like a good shower poof, except it's flat and long. The netting it tighter and does some serious sudsing up with minimal soap/body wash. It suds up soaps into some serious mega lather.--It rinses real easily, too.--And the BEST? It dries quickly!! I can hang in up and it just dries within a few hours. I haven't timed it, but it is never even a little damp by next shower. This would be GREAT for travel or camping.--Another thing? It can reach places easily that a little hand held poof can't. Remember that contorted elbow? totally not used for this anymore.--Do you like skin brushing? It works great for those that like some skin stimulation as this netting material is tighter than a typical poof. Great for getting the circulation going. I love it on my legs.-Speaking of legs; since this material does such a good job at lathering up soap, I find it easier to keep my legs lubed up for shaving. I otherwise go through way too much soap trying to use a washcloth.--Did you buy this cheap little thing and absolutely hate it (how could you??), then cut it up and use it to scrub your bathroom, or wash make up brushes, or exfoliate your feet, or whatever one would use to scrub at something.!!DO NOT use this on your face. You shouldn't be rubbing any material across delicate skin like that, but if you do, please be super gentle.DEFINITELY use a light hand while rubbing it across your skin. Make sure it is wet, make sure you are wet, make sure you have some soap on it. Then proceed to enjoy a lather filled shower experience where you can reach all of your body parts, and know that this material will rinse clean, and dry quickly- certainly in time for your next use.--Anyway, after trying mine for the first time, I want to give one to everyone around me. It is such a simple yet glorious product.I LOVE IT!!Once you try it, you will realize that you needed this in your life. You're welcome 😊

Works Great
Having grown up using this product, I find that it still works as it was designed to.First, best to ignore all of the marketing/advertising hype like most other products out there to avoid being disappointed. Now, for first timers using this item, please be aware that it will feel very course or rough the first couple of uses but will soften up over time. Because of this, I suggest that you go easy on the scrubbing pressure that you use to avoid giving yourself a friction burn or other skin irritation.Second item to address, yes this item does not foam up well compared to the balls made of the similar materials when using a liquid body wash since it is not very good at trapping the liquid. It does however work fantastic when used with bar soaps (Iuse Ivory or some of the coconut based soaps) and have no problems with lather.Because it is long, it works great for scrubbing your back and the best results come from being able to keep the material’s flat surface spread across your back. For other places, I tend to scrunch it up such as when scrubbing my arms, legs, neck and feet.Another benefit to it being like a towel instead of a scrunched up ball is the ability to quickly rinse any excess soap (and skin) from it before hanging it to dry on a hook. For the best results, I find that this also works even better when used with the hottest water you can tolerate and it is especially good if you want to get clean by showering before soaking in the tub (in the more traditional manner done in Japan).
