First and foremost this is NOT Playdough brand product. I do recommend this product because of the quality of the modeling compound. It is extremely flexible and does not dry out as quickly if left opened as the Playdough brand. The quality of the product for molding is okay. The mold shapes adhere to the modeling compound exactly, however, unlike the Playdough brand, if you don't use the exact amount for the mold, when you pull the dough off the mold, the dough does not separate easily from the shape of the mold. If you are expecting the traditional Playdough type of features, then this is not the product to get. However, if you're looking for something pliable and easier for smaller children, this is a good product. I prefer this modeling compound material to the Playdough original dough. It is 100% MUCH EASIER TO CLEAN than Playdough.

I got this for my daughter without putting too much thought into it and this girl seriously plays with it every day. She has started charging me a real dollar so I can pretend eat her creations. It’s so wild to me. I fully recommend!
