Q: What's the best process for cleaning tile floors with this product?

I usually just sweep or vacuum the floors first and then clean them with this product and a microfiber mop. Turbo Mop pads (bought on Amazon) have worked well for any floor type I've used them on.

Q: Can you refill the Bona cartridges that are used with the spray mop?

Yes you can, that's why Bona sells the larger refill container

Q: I have a bona wood floor mop that I purchased this year. Will this cartridge fit s I can interchange with wood floor cleaner cartridge?

Yes, the Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner Cartridge and our Stone, Tile and Laminate Floor Cleaner Cartridges are interchangeable in the Bona Spray Mop. The mops are the same. Best regards, Bona Customer Care Center

Q: do you have to rinse floor after using?

No, I have never had to rinse the floor. In fact, water should never be used on laminate flooring.
