As I have read through the review section and understood that many people have faced problems regarding the pairing of the remote. I also have understood that this issue can be easily resolved.Pairing Issue: Go to settings from a working remote or with the help of "mi remote"(app) it's available only for mi phones(use your phone or if you don't have a mi phone use your neighbour's phone as it takes just 5 to 7 mins at most to complete the pairing process), using this mi remote on the phone, navigate to settings and add device and pair it by following the steps mentioned.And if you think if it has a good look to it, trust me it is a carbon copy of the original remote with the actual mi logos on it just like the original remote so you won't feel like you are using a replacement remoteA problem that I faced:I had to return my 1st remote as it worked for the first day but due to some glitch on the 2nd day, only the power on and off button was working. A simple fix for this is to replace your remote for free.The quality of the product is at par with the original remote I would rather choose this replacement remote over the original remote.Feel free and buy this remote without any hesitation, as it's a genuine product.

The first product which i got was not at all working. I replaced it and received another remote. Now the 2nd remote stopped working after 12 days which is very bad. This is totally a scam from this seller. Please do not buy this product since it is waste of money.

I purchased this TV remote, and it stopped working just 20 days after delivery. Unfortunately, the Amazon return window had already closed, leaving me stuck with a defective product. I contacted Amazon customer service, but they couldn't help due to the closed return window.I also tried reaching out to the manufacturer for a warranty claim, but their response was slow and unhelpful. I attempted troubleshooting by checking the batteries, cleaning the remote, and even trying it with another TV, but nothing worked.Overall, I'm very disappointed with the quality of this remote and the lack of support from both Amazon and the manufacturer. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Product not working within a time of month

This is working perfectly and all buttons are giving me an original remote feeling. Voice command is also working properly.During buying time I was worried because I read some negative reviews. But I think they were not using it properly. during your first use, the remote must be closer to your TV maybe within 20 cm range. But after this, it will work properly even from 5-10 meters.
