Bitter smell
The pillow quality and comfort are good, however there is an unpleasant smell coming from it. This makes it uncomfortable to sleep on. It would be great if this issue could be addressed.

Good Neck Support and Soft Feel
I’ve been using the SleepyCat Memory Foam Pillow for some time and it is really comfortable. It gives nice support to the neck and head and helps reduce stiffness in the morning. The foam adjusts well to the shape and feels soft but supportive. It also stays in shape and doesn’t sink too much. Good for both back and side sleeping. Overall, a good pillow for better comfort and sleep.

Best Pillows
I purchased two sleepycat pillows and I'm happy to say that these are the best pillows I have ever used. They are soft, so your ears don't crush between your head and firm pillows; but firm enough to support your head and neck posture. They are airy and light.
