It works!
The collar fits good and significantly reduces oil and grease splatter

Great anti splatter solution
This product works better than a wire mesh/screen splatter guard, it doesn't eliminate 100% of all splatter but this makes cleaning up after frying something far less troublesome.

Make sure you measure your pans carefully
The key is to measure two or three times. Know the lip to lip edge measurement for diameter. Measure it a few times and confirm. Confirm once more before you order. We ordered a 12" accidentally, returned it and got the 10" and it fits great on the right pan (which is just under 9.5" top lip diameter with a taper to smaller diameter on the bottom of the pan). The Frywall is not supposed to sit in the bottom of the pan. Very, very important for actual use and durability. It can brown and can probably even start to melt if you allow it to sit in the bottom of the pan and cook. We took no chances and made sure we measured it right AND rehearsed how we would actually use it in our pans BEFORE we cooked. The tapering of your pan also is important to note. Is the diameter of the top lip the same as the bottom - straight down or do the sides of your pan gradually taper inward at an angle meaning the bottom diameter is a smaller diameter than the top lip diameter? For the 10" Frywall that fits our pan - our pan is tapered from top to bottom. It is 9.5" diameter on the top and 8" diameter on the bottom.Ideally you want a little tapering angle to your pan for the Frywall. The tapering will keep your Frywall more stable, more securely in place as you cook as it cut and designed to sit/ rest on the walls of the pan AND SHOULD NOT rest on or very close to the bottom of the pan. It's not 100% perfect, so do not unreasonably expect that. It works very well though. You can still get AN occasional pop of grease splash outside of the Frywall. But I'd say it is still very good and does what it represents if used properly. One other plus over many other grease splatter devices is that you can access your food as you cook it. It does not start cooking the food from the topside or seal in moisture. The screens have to be lifted if you want to turn over food being cooked etc. There is a paper cone that is being sold. It works but it starts to cook the food like having a lid, despite the opening on the top.Cleaning is really easy. We like to wipe it down with paper towels sometimes first. Then get a good amount of dishwash soap on a sponge and lather it up really well. Rinse. It takes less than a minute or so to clean. Air dry or towel dry; roll it up and stick it in a round measuring cup or with your pans, rolled up.
