I'd need to drill a hole for the drain at the bottom of the pan. Does it come with the PVC fitting?

No, Pan only. You won't have a easy time drilling this pan as the steel is hard, but a punch as used in electrical panels worked great. For a drain I just used a sink tail pipe that sits flush onto the pan (for a bar sink I believe). You have to have access to the bottom side tighten everything to a trap but it works great and looks good.

How rigid is it? Im considering using this as a shower pan in a campervan but want it to fold up against the wall when not in use will it flex easily?

It is very rigid. If you lean it against the wall, it will stay straight up, it won't fold. The edges are approx. 3 inches high. You would have to step over this edge to go in and out of the shower.

The picture shows no drain hole. Is this accurate? (I'd actually prefer to put the hole in myself.)
