Great jacket
I wanted a jacket that looked good, not bulky and kept you nice and warm. I found it with this one. It has the omni-heat thermal reflective technology. It seems to work, because I was outside when it was around 10 degrees and I wasn't cold at all. I wasn't outside all that long, but long enough to give the jacket a pretty good test. When the UPS driver delivered it he put it under the door mat, I saw it and thought that can't be the jacket I ordered because it was so thin, but it was. The jacket isn't cheap, but I am very happy with it.

really keeps me warm in the cold midwest.
I was wary about buying this jacket, I needed a new winter coat to help with the frigid temperatures we've been having this winter. The specs on the jacket seem rather lightweight and the "omniheat" a gimmick. Other reviews praise the jacket but people don't mention what temperatures they've been wearing it in.Received this jacket about a month ago and have been wearing it in our single and below zero temps in the midwest. I've worn it in everything from -10 (-25 with wind chill) through the 30's. Obviously it keeps me warmer easier in the 30's, but wearing a good sweater and t-shirt under the jacket, I was still warm enough to be outdoors for a hour in the single digit temps while slightly active to generate heat. The "omniheat" lining, surprisingly, isn't any sort of gimmick, it really does help you keep warm. The jacket is very lightweight, the down filling is not very thick, the jacket is not very puffy, it seems very much like a lightweight spring jacket. I found the sizing to be pretty spot on. I'm 6' 200# pretty "average" sized guy and the Large size fits well whether I have a flannel shirt or a bulkier wool sweater on under the jacket. The jacket does not inhibit my mobility in any way.The jacket really won't do much to stop wind, the shell isn't much of a windbreaker, and it won't repel water much off of you either. I have noticed a few feathers poking out, hopefully it won't start shedding hard. I don't know how well it will clean up should something spill on it, or the long term durability of the down filling. Hopefully I'll get a few years use out of the jacket. The jacket is rather plain looking, and only has 3 pockets, two outside and one inside on the upper left. The zipper is decent quality and hasn't snagged at all.I would recommend this coat to someone looking to keep warm with a non-bulky, light-weight jacket in clear winter weather conditions down to single digit temperatures provided they are wearing appropriate layered clothing under it.

Medium was huge
Very light weight jacket, but maybe the reflective lining would make it warm. I won't test it out though, because the medium was way too big.

awesome jacket
I was looking for a good winter jacket for several years now that was light weight and warm. Well I finally found it! This jacket is very comfortable though a little form fitting, however, it is extremely warm and holds in warmth extremely well.

Super Warm Very Nice Jacket
This may be my warmest jacket. The omniheat inside really keeps you warm. The jacket looks a little thin but don't be deceived. It's a great, high quality winter coat. Probably too warm for spring or fall.
