i used to be a carmex person, would use it ALL the time, but then it suddenly it became more expensive so i started looking for an alternative and i found oars and alps. it does a great job protecting my lips from the sun, but doesnt have a weird sun screen texture. i like that there's no distinct taste either. it doesn't make me feel like i have to keep constantly using it, but just use it when my lips feel dry. overall i feel like my lips are healthier since i've started using it.

My favorite chapstick! It helps so much when being outside and protecting from the sun and wind. My kids even like it!

I like the texture and the scent and its effectiveness at hydrating my lips. I use this daily now, and previously I would hardly use chapstick. It really makes a difference.

Loved this lip balm, and will be re-ordering. This is the first sunscreen lip balm that I have ever really liked. Most either taste funny, or are not moisturizing enough. This one has no taste, and goes on smoothly. Keeps lips moisturized for a good length of time. I find myself reaching for this one on a daily basis, even when I will not be outside.

Lightweight and perfect for wearing indoors and outside as well.

I discovered this lip balm while on a trip to Santa Fe and I won't look back. I suffer from continual dry lips and apply lip balm throughout most days. This product has a lovely scent, protects my lips, and doesn't cake. A winner in my book.

Works great, matte so no shiny lips. Plus SPF18. Bit pricey but worth it.

Light smell and great use on the trails!
