Good size, pretty easy to set up and take down, good shade
We bought this tent (the size that is big enough for 3 or 4) to sit in at an outdoor event that started in the late afternoon on what turned out to be a 100° day. After a little practice, it was easy to set up and take down in just a few minutes. It actually took longer to get it back in the bag than it took to collapse it. Once it was up, we found it to be very sturdy and solid. It didn't lean or collapse or blow around, though there was not a strong wind when we used it so I can't exactly speak to what happens in the wind. The blue color is really nice. We bought some matching low, shirt-legged beach chairs to go with it and two fit nicely under the shade part of the tent and we could still see out. We decided that we could probably also sit in a regular sized (not short legs) folding chair under the shady part and still see out. There is sufficient room under the ceiling of this tent for two people to be completely out of the sun so you dont have to get sunburnt. There are three zipper windows that we unzipped to let a breeze circulate inside. We also bought an 8" camping fan. Next time we use this I will probably buy a second fan so we each have one The inside of the tent has pockets to put keys and cell phones or other things you want to keep off the ground. We did find a shady spot to set up so the sun was not directly on us. Despite 100° heat and high humidity, we were comfortable enough to enjoy the event, and we were happy we had spent the money to buy this. Just, BTW, though I am not a camping kind of person, two people with blankets or sleeping bags could sleep nicely inside this tent, and maybe even two small pets. The "front porch" of this tent is plasticized to keep moisture from the ground from gettin on you, and it zips up. The "window " flaps zip up so you could be complete enclosed. We were pleased with this purchase.

Great tent!
This tent was amazing! We went to the beach and it was very windy but the sand pockets and extra stakes really helped to hold it down and held up very well. I ordered one for my parents as well and they loved it so much. Easy to set up and take down and it was pretty big.

Awesome tent!
I have cancer and am taking chemo. My doctor said to be careful in the sun as the chemo makes me much more sensitive. We bought this tent for our beach vacation for extra protection. It did it's job wonderfully! I stayed in the shade and never got sunburned. All the windows/ openness make for great ventilation and it never got super stuffy. The larger open front allowed me to still talk to/ be part of the group. It was super easy to set up and take down. I could do it by myself if I needed to. We also got caught in a rain storm- heavy rain and lots of wind. (Second pic was the tent all closed up once the rain had calmed down.) My son sat inside with everything closed up and stayed perfectly dry. The tent was so sturdy and stable. It definitely got tested but held up perfectly! I also got several compliments on the tent. I probably looked at hundreds of options before purchasing this one. I'm so glad this was the one I picked! Awesome product! Would definitely purchase again!

Easy pop up beach tent
We wanted something to use on our recent beach vacation so we wouldn’t need to rent the beachfront hotel umbrella/chairs. I had read that the hotel vendor charges in the neighborhood of $40/day. Yes, there’s a convenience to have someone else set up and take down the beach furniture…and on a windy day, not be responsible for it, but you have to stay in the indicated zone. I wanted something that would be big enough for two good size beach chairs. I wanted windows and openings on all sides. I wanted protection from light rain. I wanted easy set up and take down. I wanted light weight/as compact as possible. It was nice to have some privacy options, just in case. I didn’t want to worry about it blowing away while we did our beach hikes. Plus, we could move up and down the beach or go to other beaches, as needed/desired.This beach tent did all that. We did practice setting it up/taking it down in the back yard after watching multiple YouTube videos. The set up and take down was really easy after one or two practices at home. One person can do it, but it’s easier and faster with two especially if the wind is gusty. Our larger beach chairs fit fine side by side and our heads had some room. It’s not a camping tent but has some similar elements. The material is similar to a windbreaker, maybe slightly heavier. Ultimately the tent survived our beach vacation. Our only complaint is that the interior can get quite hot with the sun beating on it and the ventilation from the windows wasn’t good enough to catch the breezes. (It was 95F on most days on the beach.). Our dilemma was that we preferred to aim the tent so the main opening was facing the ocean/waves (east), directly or angled …after all that’s why we were there. Unfortunately the breeze came up the beach from the south. If we sat just outside the tent, the temp dropped. Maybe adjusting the main opening to the direction of the wind would help. It’s a difficult balance of view, sun protection, breeze, and stability (can’t blow away). So, the umbrellas and open canopies excel on unrestricted beach breezes. Ultimately, it’s a choice.Otherwise no complaints.FYI- It’s helpful to know for taking down… the front legs need to be pulled slightly apart at the lowest joint in order to bend them back.FYI- the hotel umbrella vendor had a special tool to drill holes in order to get the umbrella pole deep into the sand. I’m sure that technique helped keep the umbrellas from blowing away.
