Is this a legitimate lego product? i ordered this for my husband for his birthday and it says darth vador on the box.

If you purchased it from me, it is official LEGO. We have a brick and mortar store that is a Gold Standard LEGO dealer. The top of the box says Dark Vador and the front of the box says Darth Vader.

What is that blue piece

The blue piece is an AWESOME little tool that typically comes with these sets and larger sets. It helps with separating pieces, and is amazing for separating those pesky tiny little pieces. One end is shovel-like so you can separate pieces, the other end is Lego-like where you can grab onto pieces both on top and underneath. I have a large collection of these, because last time I saw them in the Lego store they were fairly expensive, so it's advisable to keep these sacred tools in a safe place and just let them accumulate lol :)

We’re these supposed to come with stickers? If so mine didn’t.

Does it need to be assembled as a constructor?

All LEGO products have brick that snap together to complete the build.. I don't know what you mean "as a constructor"
