Sure, you can use a different face plate as long as the plate is flat and fits snugley over the frame of the speaker. I am pretty sure the warranty is for one year. These are great speakers with big heavy magnets and very clear sound.

I am not real sure boat is still covered. But, I can definitely say that they are well worth the money! I have them on our pontoon boat and they sound great!

I got two speakers in the box (not four). They are rounded (circles) not oval. Fair plus sound.

Hi measure the overall length and width. Place the speaker downward on a piece of cardboard to transfer the shape by outlining.
