Very nice on initial install
I received my package and other than most of the items lose in the shipping bag, it was fine. No damage to product just not a perfect package. Caused some ??? in my head but after looking, they were fine. I removed my old coupler to the compressor and attached the new one. Fit was perfect. Fired up the compressor (it was empty as the 20 year old coupler I had on it was leaking) and no leaks. Very happy. Swapped out a connector on 3 of my air tools and hooked them up. No leeks and seems solid. I really like the push connection. Having to pull down on a ring to insert and remove a tool was cumbersome. The push on is great. You have to pull down on the ring for tool release and it pops right off. Some may not like that it kind of ejects the tool, but you should be holding on to it anyway so it shouldn't be a big deal. Overall my initial experience with these connectors is great. If they last, I will be a very happy camper. If not, I'll probably have to spend the big money and move over to the Prevost couplers and plugs. Those things are fantastic. However, for a home shop/garage I just can't justify $25 per coupler when this whole kit was less than that.

great air flow and quality
A must have to your impact wrench or other air tools

So far so good
Seems durable enough as long as your not tossing your air tool on the ground. It offers a lot of flexibility. The connection is solid with Teflon tape. It's medium duty I would say and lightweight for what it is. It serves it purpose as intended. Was easy to install.

urable, High-Flow Air Coupler Set for Maximum Performance
The Flexzilla Pro High Flow Coupler & Plug Kit (A53452FZ) is a solid upgrade for anyone using air tools or compressors. I swapped out my old standard fittings for this high-flow kit, and the difference was immediate—better airflow and more consistent tool performance. The 1/4" NPT fittings are well-machined and leak-free, ensuring a secure connection. The brass and aluminum construction feels durable and lightweight, and the coupler’s push-to-connect design makes it quick and easy to attach and disconnect tools. These high-flow fittings increase air volume by up to 70%, which means better performance for impact wrenches, spray guns, and other pneumatic tools. If you’re still using standard couplers, this upgrade is worth it. One small thing to note: Since these are high-flow fittings, they aren’t compatible with standard couplers—you’ll need to switch over all connections to match. And here’s a quick joke: Why did the air coupler get promoted? Because it always knew how to make a solid connection! Overall, the Flexzilla Pro High Flow Coupler & Plug Kit is a well-built, high-performance upgrade for air tools and compressors. It’s durable, easy to use, and improves airflow, making it a great investment for DIYers and professionals alike.

See my pics comparing other brands inner diameter...then, BUY THESE !
I got these for my smaller hoses, been very happy with Flex Zilla hoses the past few yrs...and more recently their "Hi Flow" ends. Then I needed some ends for a 1/2" hose with 3/8 ends, so I bought a cheaper brand (4.5 star) of so called "Hi Flow" ends and noticed right away that their inner diameter is smaller than Flex Zilla. Both the off brand ends and some Milton "Hi Flow" connectors I bought had smaller inner diameter than these ! If you just run nail guns then maximum flow is not as critical. They'll run fine on standard ends. But if you are running tools that require torque and continuous flow, like air ratchets, impact guns, then you want the biggest inner diameter for the most flow, to get rated output from these type tools where YES, it matters. It's comparable to using a thin 12ga wire jumper cable to start a car vs a thicker 6ga jumper cable...yes the 12v is the same, but the thinner cable can't carry enough current...and while yes many things will work, like the dome light, stereo, even headlights... the starter would struggle. Same deal with some air tools that require enough flow, not just the right pressure. The Flex Zilla is more money, but let me save you the time and aggravation...just buy these . See my pics for reference. On the left is the wide open 0.291" i.d. flexzilla...on the right is an off brand with smaller 0.259" i.d. ...also not shown is a Milton Hi Flow which also measured 0.259 i.d. I'll be ordering Legacy Flexzilla 3/8 ends . note: shown in my pics are a 1/4 flexzilla and the other is a 3/8, but the male part that you push into the coupler is the same size...just larger inner diameter on the flexzilla.

When you need the flow - these go.
Great flow with these. A bit more expensive, but you don't want reduced airflow.

Excellent value to optimize one's air compressor before considering an upgrade!
Took I.D. measurements and compared them to standard 1/4 inch fittings. Most certainly have larger ID and move more air volume. My die grinder used to drop from 90 psi to 65-70 psi. Now from 90 psi it drops to 75-80 psi on a 28 gallon Central Pneumatic tank from H. F. Bought extra fittings for additional air tools. Good value for the money, not needing to upgrade compressor.
