These are small, about the size of a nickel. Not a toy, careful around kids. I used on a metal door to hold fabric over glass panel. Works great. Use hooks to put in place then unscrew hooks and place flat by magnet to help get them off. My use has very little weight. I don't know about the 30 pound claim....these are real magnets, not toys. Don't leave them around memory chips or a pacemaker. Excellent for my use - remember, very small and I am working with ounces of fabric, not pounds of objects.

My wife mailed me some of these magnetic hooks along with other personal effects for my extended stay at this fancy detention center. These magnets stick to the cell walls and bunk bed perfectly. My bunk mates even traded a couple for double-ply toilet paper and 45 minutes on Sergei’s phone. Very useful. Not strong enough to hang 140lbs, but super handy for pictures and hygiene items. Lot of uses. I see how people allowed on cruises would appreciate these.

They were so useful and an essential for cruise line cabins with metal interiors. Most are metal on the wall and also the ceiling. These were strong and held my items for easy access. Hang clothes, hats, sunglasses, lights, portable fan. And also found them to be very useful to use in the cabin bathroom! These magnets are strong, small and compact. Also used then to hang stuff in an RV, and also lights on a metal frame of a popup outdoor canopy - Great for camping also! They also worked very well to hang decorations and wreaths for an event in an outdoor open air pavilion that used metal posts in the construction. Worked great!

These magnetic hooks are perfect for making use of unused spaces around the house. They are very sturdy, hold securely, and feel well made. Great for hanging items on metal surfaces and staying organized. Excellent value and highly practical.
