Q: Does anyone know the PA rating?

The PPD and PA+ systems are not used in the United States, and the FDA doesn't allow for any sun protection claims other than SPF claims in products sold in the US. In the US, it's important to look for 'Broad Spectrum Sun Protection' claims, meaning that the formulas have passed third-party clinical SPF validation tests for UVA and UVB protection. All of our formulas are independently tested for UVA and UVB protection.

Q: Does it remain solid in the heat of the beach or the car?

We don't recommend keeping this product in direct sunlight to prevent it from melting.

Q: Can makeup be used over this stick sunscreen? Or will the product make my makeup look blotchy?

I use it under makeup. I just let it have few minutes to “set/dry”
