I would cross reference the oem part numbers to be sure they are the same from 08 to 14. They work perfectly in my 2014 but I'm unsure about a 08

Anyone know what the micron rating is on these?

Probably not good. This is a paper filter and the water separator is only just that. If you want a real diesel micron filter your better off buying a airdog or fass fuel filter system. After saying that, I'm happy with these filters and I've owned both fass and airdog
