The media could not be loaded.  I like this...no I love this sabaj headphone remote control preamp box system good clear sound no distortion volume control is smooth makes it even sound a little bit better than it did easy to use easy to set up can use this remote control system with any little unit especially if you have an amplifier with out a remote my television has a line out that I'm using along with the headphone out Jack instead of using the headphone out Jack I'm using the line the line doesn't have volume control built-in the TV remote so the unit that I have hooked up has a preamp but the preamp doesn't have a remote to control the line the remote control that comes with it only controls the SD card and the USB and the radio inputs it will not control the line or the auxiliary inputs or master volume so I would have to get up and turn it up or down but with this unit I don't have to do that anymore I have put the box remote control unit on top of the surround sound preamp and EQ unit I changed my mind and put it up under the TV for easy access this little unit makes my system to be something I thought up and made it an ultimate system powerful system with great great sound and Bass but this remote control has made it even better I recommend this remote control and you can use it with almost any unit that you can think of just one problem you can't use other remotes with this unit that's no problem with me I don't care I like it just the way it is very good job keep up the good work and make more units like this the next one they should make should have a base and a mid-range and trouble feature built into the remote that would help this unit be a little bit better but so far great job I love it

I've had this amp since June, it's been fantastic. Surprisingly powerful no issues driving high impedance dynamics or planars, but it's so clean it can handle sensitive IEM's with absolutely no problems, there's no noise floor it's dead silent. The digital volume control and remote is a massive bonus, this amp is perfect to throw in a media center because of that. The only thing I don't like is the display, it's eye searing blue but at least you can tone it down in the settings.If you need a clean linear amp that is decently powerful and caters towards sensitive IEM's this amp will serve you well.

Using this to drive a few headphones. My Beyer DT880 is the hardest to drive of the bunch and it goes as loud as I could want. I'd probably look elsewhere if you've got something highly inefficient. Sound is neutral, detailed, and non-fatiguing. I like that I can switch between my Sennheiser and the Beyer to get the flavor I want. Sound is nicely integrated with solid bass and imaging.I think what really sets this apart is the remote and the control function. It uses a 100 step relay from -99db to 0db visible on the display. Headphone and preamp function is a simple push on the remote or two pushes on the knob - so you don't need to remove the headphone from the amp. AND it remembers the volume for each one which I think is brilliant.Makes a beautiful stack with the the A10a which is a really good amp which I've been using for a month now. Its an incredible value. I like it so much I thought I'd give the rest of this set a chance. The A10d is a fine unit too. At full gain, there's no noise anywhere from either efficient headphones or speakers. Overall the sound is detailed and relaxed.

This is a glorified remote volume control for a source and an amplifier without remote controls built in. I was also considering a Bluesound Node music streamer to do this job since it supports IR code learning, but it was too expensive. The sound quality is transparent which is nice. The remote is not compatible with non-learning remotes that use brand selections for programming, so I can't use my Fire TV remote's volume up and down buttons to control this and have to use two different remotes. The remote IR receiver is not great and requires a pretty good line of sight and also the angle to be right. All in all it does the job but it's a poor value for just a remote volume control if you don't care about wired headphones.

This is a perfect amp. It's like listening to a wire with amplification, it's that good. It can drive my SHP9500 headphones to ear-searing levels of volume. Not sure of planar magnetics', but i'll be getting a pair of HE400SE's soonish so I'll hopefully update the review then with how they handle a more power-hungry pair of cans. Only thing I wish is that the remote didn't require the B button being pressed to wake it up.

The headphone amplifier allows me to listen to my LG TV using wired headphones instead of blue tooth headphones/ear plugs. Compared to blue tooth headphones, wired headphones are superior in sound quality and there are questionable health aspects concerning the use of blue tooth headphones. My TV has a single audio optical output which connects to a splitter. The splitter than connects to a sound bar and a digital audio convertor (DAC). The output of the DAC is then connected to the input of the headphone amplifier. There are many DACs that can be used directly with headphones. But then, you don't have the benefit of remote control.

I wanted to use wired headphones with my TV. In this plan, I needed an amp with a remote. I got it hooked up and after some messing around with the settings, it worked with my headphones. I spent more money on this one because it had a remote which would work nicely with my set up.Problem is the remote will not work. I tried two different sets of batteries. It's dead. I will most likely return it and just get an amp for half the price without a remote.

I don't have this set up at my desk yet, I've just been testing it and listening to it for a few days. Yes there are better but for the price you can't go wrong and quite honestly I'm pretty impressed with the performance of this amplifier and it's also a great preamp. Definitely a good value!! I recommend. Now for hard to drive headphones you will probably need a more powerful headphone amplifier.

The construction is good, awesome precision relay activated volume control, very good sound with preamp to boot. The big brother A20h maybe even better if you need more power but no preamp function though

Realmente, no soy un experto en audio. Yo esperaba otra experiencia más enriquecedora; no me gustó el resultado que entregó al conectarle mi reproductor de MP3. This is one amazing little device for the money. Firstly it's an incredibly transparent and open headphone amplifier with three gain settings to help drive any headphones you're ever likely to own.It's party piece is its preamp function with remote control. It means if you have equipment without remote control - like my vintage rotel preamp - you can add this to bring remote volume control functionality to your set up - particularly useful if you're running vintage gear like mine..it has vanishingly low SNR so adds zero noise or signal loss by adding this into your signal path. Gain settings in preamp mode also add attenuation to the signal if necessary, particularly useful if you have a low output phono stage/cartridge - just set the gain on the A10 to medium or high. It's a stepped attenuator relay volume which to the untechy like me gives a very satisfying click as you turn it up, including with the remote. For those more technology minded, it's almost unheard of to have this sort of capability at this price point.Bespoke remote volume control devices with similar specs can cost £100s, so this is literally the bargain of the century if you want a fully transparent lossless remote volume added to your set up.

Lite märklig parning men låter mycket bra tillsammans med en dyrare Gustard R26 DAC och Sennheiser HD820 på High gain där förstärkaren är den solklara flaskhalsen. Kan switcha mellan hörlurar och RCA output, dvs pre-amp mode. Jag har bara använt den med hörlurar. Den har low och High gain. Inte lika övertygande med mer lättdrivna Denon 9200. I jämförelse föredrog jag faktiskt hörlursutgången på en Bluesound Node N130.
