I've used this before it was single serve packets. Keep in mind, all bodies are different so the results may not be 100% for everyone. I don't drink coffee so I drop 1/4 to 1/5 packet into a shot sized cup for a concentrated pick me up. It works fast. I don't get jitters. I have shared with others who do process it more sensitively. But, as a long time user, almost daily it does energize. Not crazy about lemon flavor but excited to try new tropical mimosa flavor. I miss the old school blue raspberry flavor. It's worthwhile to get you moving. Calorie busting, you just have to put in your time. This will make you move for sure so get ur done!

I don't drink these for weight loss, I drink them for the energy and the taste. Ordering here is a few dollars cheaper than in stores

First, let me address some reviewers who rated this product low because they decided to buy a potassium supplement when they didn't need it. IF you get dehydrated easily, work in the sun, sweat a lot, work out a lot, etc. Then you MAY need to replenish your electrolytes, one of the most prominent which, is potassium. If you get muscle cramps, heat exhaustion....potassium. And even if you have a hangover.... potassium. If not... then DO NOT TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT!!! And do not rate this supplement low because you don't read warnings or take advice from a dr first. I KNOW I need this. I work outdoors in over 100 degrees, in a very physical job. I have been to the ER a dozen times for heat related illness. I have a medical condition which prevents my body from absorbing electrolytes, vitamins and minerals properly. Is people like me, and very active athletes who can benefit from this supplement. Otherwise, a person can get too much potassium and become ill. A glass of OJ has about 500-700 mg of K. This has about 1000mg. So it isn't even really THAT much. Now on to the review.I got the flavorless powder and, well, it isn't exactly flavorless, it tastes like chalk. I nearly vomited. But, because it is such a subtle chalk taste (lol), I am able to mix in flavor. So I was drinking Body Armor drinks before, but decided I didn't want those anymore due to the high amount of sugar in them. So now, I mix 1/3 body armor with 2/3 of this Keto k1000, and it seems to work pretty well at covering up the chalk taste and still getting me the K that I need, with less sugar. So, overall, seems to be working well (K.O.W.). Next time I'm ordering the orange flavor... hopefully it isn't gross.

Yes, they changed this product & flavor is different. It still gives the boost of energy…I’ve never lost weight on this product, but I use it more for the boost to get thru workday. My #1 complaint & reason for 3 stars is every time I order it ALWAYS IS DELAYED SHIPMENT!! Not by days…weeks! Then I end up canceling order, tried again & just got the email DELAYED!! So, I guess Walmart wins this one!

Price was good and the product is good. Delivery was timely and I have ordered twice and feel they are dependable

Don't waste your money!!Horrible, chalky taste that made me cringe. I tried sipping, I tried chugging, nothing made it better.Despite the taste, I tried it for a few days to test the appetite suppressant part --- this was useless as well. It did nothing to take away my appetite.Unfortunately it was a huge waste of money and time :/
